How do I choose my size?
Our clogs run true to standard EU sizing. If you are between sizes, or you have a wider foot, go up one — the footbed has room through the forefoot. Every product page has the full EU / US conversion chart.
What are they actually made of?
Genuine suede upper, a cork and memory-foam footbed, and a lightweight EVA outsole. The pin buckle is real metal, not moulded plastic.
Do they need breaking in?
A few days. The cork footbed softens with body heat and moulds to your arch, so the fit gets better through the first week rather than worse.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours. Delivery is typically 5-9 business days, and you get tracking by email as soon as the parcel moves.
What if they don't fit?
You have 60 days. Send them back for a different size or a full refund — no restocking fee and no questions about why.
Can I wear them with socks?
Yes. The strap adjusts, so you can loosen it for thick socks in winter and tighten it for bare feet in summer.
